In short: Minimatod is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription for media sync. Your content is yours. Purchases, cancellations and refunds go through the App Store or Google Play. And if you stop paying, you never lose your data.

Who we are

Minimatod is a notes and tasks app for iOS, Android and the web, built and operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye. These terms are the agreement between you and Minimatod, written to be read. By using the app or the web app, you agree to them.

The service

Minimatod lets you create notes, tasks and folders that nest inside each other and can hold photos, voice memos, sketches and more. On iOS and Android you can use Minimatod entirely without an account — everything you create then stays on your device, and most of these terms simply never come into play. The web app requires an account.

If you create an account (the only thing we ask for is an email address), you can turn on sync. Sync transmits your notes, tasks and folders to our server and stores them there, so your other devices stay up to date. Synced content is protected with TLS in transit and access controls on the server, but it is not end-to-end encrypted. The Privacy Policy explains honestly what that means.

We may briefly suspend the service or a feature for maintenance, security or technical necessity, and features may change or be retired as Minimatod evolves. If the service ever had to shut down for good, we would give you reasonable notice — in every case, the local copy of your data stays with you.

Your content

Everything you create in Minimatod is yours. We claim no ownership of it. By turning on sync you grant us only the narrow permission we need to run the service: storing your content on our server and transmitting it between your devices. We do not sell your content, show ads against it, or use it to train anything.

You are responsible for what you keep in Minimatod. Do not use it to store or distribute content that is illegal, that exploits or endangers anyone — above all children — or that violates someone else’s rights.

Premium

Minimatod’s core is free, including sync for notes, tasks and folders. Premium adds media sync: your attachments (photos, voice memos, sketches and similar files) sync across your devices, with a fair-use allowance of 10 GB per account. Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly plan.

  • Purchases are made only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment; we never see your payment details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we have no way to cancel it from our side.
  • Where offered, new subscribers get a 14-day free trial, subject to the store’s rules. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
  • Prices are shown in the store before you confirm a purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.

Your data is never held hostage. If your subscription ends, nothing is deleted: your local data keeps working, text sync keeps working, and media already uploaded stays on the server. Only media syncing pauses until you subscribe again.

What can get an account closed

We may suspend or terminate an account that stores or distributes illegal content, that attacks or tries to disrupt our systems or other users’ data, or that systematically abuses the service — for example by circumventing the media fair-use limit or using the service for spam. In serious cases, especially illegal content or attacks, termination can be immediate; otherwise we will try to contact you first.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in a single step inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and everything stored on our servers, including all media files, and cannot be undone. Data stored locally on your devices is not affected — it stays with you.

“As is”, and the limit of our liability

Minimatod is built with care, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe — including encrypted, regularly rotated server backups — but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or zero data loss, so please also keep your own copies of anything you truly cannot afford to lose. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for claims connected to the service is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event behind the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms as Minimatod evolves. If a change is significant, we will announce it in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Minimatod after that means you accept the updated terms.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Minimatod.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions, concerns, ideas: support@minimatod.com — you’ll be writing directly to the developer.

Biz kimiz

Minimatod; iOS, Android ve web için, Türkiye merkezli bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından yapılan ve işletilen bir not ve görev uygulamasıdır. Bu koşullar, sizinle Minimatod arasındaki sözleşmedir ve okunmak için yazılmıştır. Uygulamayı veya web uygulamasını kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hizmet

Minimatod’da iç içe sonsuz derinlikte not, görev ve klasörler oluşturabilir; bunlara fotoğraf, ses kaydı, çizim ve daha fazlasını ekleyebilirsiniz. iOS ve Android’de Minimatod’u hiç hesap açmadan kullanabilirsiniz — bu durumda oluşturduğunuz her şey cihazınızda kalır ve bu koşulların büyük bölümü sizin için hiç devreye girmez. Web uygulaması ise bir hesap gerektirir.

Bir hesap açarsanız (sizden istediğimiz tek şey bir e-posta adresi), senkronizasyonu açabilirsiniz. Senkronizasyon; notlarınızı, görevlerinizi ve klasörlerinizi sunucumuza iletir ve orada saklar; böylece diğer cihazlarınız güncel kalır. Senkronize edilen içerik aktarım sırasında TLS ile, sunucuda erişim kontrolleriyle korunur; ancak uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Bunun ne anlama geldiğini Gizlilik Politikası dürüstçe açıklar.

Hizmeti veya bir özelliğini bakım, güvenlik ya da teknik bir zorunluluk nedeniyle geçici olarak askıya alabilir; Minimatod geliştikçe özellikleri değiştirebilir veya emekliye ayırabiliriz. Hizmetin günün birinde kalıcı olarak kapanması gerekirse makul bir süre önceden haber veririz — her durumda verilerinizin yerel kopyası sizde kalır.

İçeriğiniz

Minimatod’da oluşturduğunuz her şey size aittir; üzerinde hiçbir mülkiyet iddiamız yoktur. Senkronizasyonu açtığınızda bize yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken dar izni vermiş olursunuz: içeriğinizi sunucumuzda saklamak ve cihazlarınız arasında iletmek. İçeriğinizi satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız, herhangi bir modeli eğitmek için kullanmayız.

Minimatod’da tuttuğunuz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı yasa dışı içerik saklamak veya yaymak, herhangi birini — özellikle çocukları — istismar eden ya da tehlikeye atan içerik barındırmak veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek için kullanmayın.

Premium

Minimatod’un çekirdeği ücretsizdir; not, görev ve klasör senkronizasyonu da buna dahildir. Premium, medya senkronu ekler: ekleriniz (fotoğraf, ses kaydı, çizim ve benzeri dosyalar) hesap başına 10 GB adil kullanım sınırıyla cihazlarınız arasında senkronize edilir. Premium; aylık veya yıllık plan olarak sunulur.

  • Satın alma yalnızca Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödemeyi Apple veya Google işler; ödeme bilgilerinizi biz hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
  • Abonelik, iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Yönetme ve iptal App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yapılır; bizim taraftan iptal etme imkânımız yoktur.
  • Sunulduğu yerlerde yeni aboneler, mağazanın kurallarına tabi 14 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz ücretli abonelik otomatik olarak başlar.
  • Fiyatlar, satın almayı onaylamadan önce mağazada gösterilir. İadeler Apple ve Google’ın kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür.

Verileriniz asla rehin tutulmaz. Aboneliğiniz sona ererse hiçbir şey silinmez: yerel verileriniz çalışmaya devam eder, metin senkronizasyonu çalışmaya devam eder, daha önce yüklenmiş medya sunucuda durmaya devam eder. Yalnızca medya senkronu, yeniden abone olana kadar duraklar.

Hesap hangi durumlarda kapatılır

Yasa dışı içerik saklayan veya yayan; sistemlerimize ya da diğer kullanıcıların verilerine saldıran veya bunları bozmaya çalışan; ya da hizmeti sistematik olarak kötüye kullanan (örneğin medya adil kullanım sınırını aşmak için hile yapan veya hizmeti spam için kullanan) bir hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Ciddi durumlarda — özellikle yasa dışı içerik veya saldırılarda — kapatma derhâl olabilir; diğer durumlarda önce sizinle iletişim kurmayı deneriz.

Hesabınızı silmek

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden tek adımda silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem; hesabınızı ve tüm medya dosyaları dahil sunucularımızda saklanan her şeyi kalıcı olarak siler ve geri alınamaz. Cihazlarınızda yerel olarak duran veriler etkilenmez — onlar sizde kalır.

“Olduğu gibi” sunum ve sorumluluğumuzun sınırı

Minimatod özenle geliştirilir; ancak hizmet, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut hâliyle” sunulur. Hizmeti güvenilir, verilerinizi güvende tutmak için çalışırız — şifreli ve düzenli olarak yenilenen sunucu yedekleri dahil — ama kesintisiz hizmet veya sıfır veri kaybı sözü veremeyiz; kaybetmeyi göze alamayacağınız şeylerin kendi kopyalarını da saklayın. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hizmetle bağlantılı taleplerdeki toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe yol açan olaydan önceki on iki ayda hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, yasal olarak sınırlanamayacak sorumlulukları dışlamaz ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz emredici hakları kısıtlamaz.

Değişiklikler

Minimatod geliştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinden duyururuz; sonrasında Minimatod’u kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Yaş

Minimatod’u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız.
